EDIT - Yes, THAT Pete Stacker and Tim Dadabo. Pete Stacker IS the Real Men of Genius voice, AND the voices of Captain Jacob Keyes, and Gunnery Sgt Pete Stacker. Stg Stacker made appearances in Halo 1 thru 3 as well as Reach.  Tim Dadabo, well only he's the voice of none other than your favorite floating metallic blue eyeball, 343 Guilty Spark.
